Welcome to Delilah Books. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    • By using Delilah Books’ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must cease using our services.
  2. Services Provided
    • Delilah Books provides various publishing and editorial services. Specifically, we offer a third-party Acquisition Editor service at no charge, subject to the limitations outlined herein. You can learn our benefits here.
  3. Third-Party Acquisition Editor
    • Delilah Books collaborates with an Acquisition Editor who provides free editorial services. This service is offered with certain limitations:
      • Scope: The free services include monitoring your progress, submission guidance and after sales services. 
      • Availability: The Acquisition Editor’s availability is limited and subject to change without prior notice.
      • General submission: You have to self-submit to our partner sites using our code. This way you can access the platform’s SE faster and unleash many benefits as our guided writer. 
      • Limitations: This service does not guarantee acceptance or publication of your manuscript. But, we do offer free manuscript review with an NDA for experienced authors.  Read here for further instructions.  
  4. Avoiding Conflict of Interest  
    • As per October 2024, Delilah Books is limited to collaborating with authors who also operate as competitors in similar roles, such as acquisition editors or recruiters, to prevent conflicts of interest and bias. These AEs Authors shall be given guidelines for specific submission only (as desired) without fostered in the community as regular writers. We are committed to fostering healthy competition without jeopardizing our internal operations or compromising our core values.
  5. Prohibition on Ghostwriting, AI-Generated, and Plagiarized Content. 
    • Delilah Books, in partnership with all platforms, strictly prohibits the submission of ghostwritten, AI-generated, or plagiarized manuscripts. By submitting a manuscript, users affirm that the content is their original work and that it does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party. Any manuscript found to be ghostwritten, AI-generated, or plagiarized will be immediately disqualified, and the user will be banned from participating in any future services offered by Delilah Books.
  1. Platforms Partner:
    • Delilah Books collaborate with several top platforms, and once your book is curated by us, you can start multi-publishing on our partners: Goodnovel, Dreame, Mespery, iStory, Fiction Me, Meganovel, and Moboreader. 
    • While some platforms may have slightly different requirements, we’re confident that your book will be accepted by most of them.
    • We no longer collaborate with hinovel, pocket FM, mybard and 1001 novel due to poor management and unfair cooperation.  
  2. User Responsibilities
    • Users must ensure that their submitted manuscripts are original and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
    • Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their submissions.
  3. Intellectual Property
    • All intellectual property rights in the services provided by Delilah Books remain with Delilah Books or its licensors. Users retain ownership of their submitted manuscripts but grant Delilah Books a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the manuscript for review and promotional purposes.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    • Delilah Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  5. Modification of Terms
    • Delilah Books reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  6. Governing Law
    • These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.
